Seasonal Chestnut Soup : tasty and ideal for everyone

Serves 4






– 3 celery stalks

– 1 onion

– 500g dried chestnuts

(or fresh, if you can find them)

– 2L chicken stock

– 180g fresh cream


If using dried chestnuts, first rehydrate overnight in warm water. Cut celery and onion and sizzle in a pan. Add the chestnuts + chicken stock, allow to cook for 1h. Mix the soup and add the cream before serving.
